REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

To receive a refund, customers must notify at least 48 hours before the start of the service. 

Due to this kind of VIP treatment, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled.

This gives us the opportunity to dispatch and will not effect other VIPs.
You may cancel by phone or email or by application itself.

If you really have to cancel. we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 24 hours, but do not offer refunds. 
You may use these credits towards any future trip and can apply for family and friends

However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, your booking will be NO Show and will be charged in full.
